Baked Potato with Tartarr.

The Main Ingredients

Potatoes (medium size)*3Onion (minced)*1/2Bacon(chopped)*2Broccoli*1/4,

Tomato Sauce*6 tbspWhipped Cream*2tbspMushrooms*4 (sliced)

Olive Oil*2 tbspButterSalt, Pepper,Basil,Cheese

 

Preheat the oven to 170C.

 

Rinsing the potatoes and dry them well, boil the entire potatoes. (Add some salt for quick-cooking)

 

Spread the potatoes with butter, wrapping each of them in the aluminum foil. Then, put the potatoes into the oven for 40mins, depending on the size of the potato. The outside of potato should turn to brown and crispy.

 

While waiting, we can make the tartar previously. First of all, warm the saucepan and pour the olive oil. When the oil is hot enough, pour the pre-minced onions and beckon in the pan. When you start smelling that glorious frying onion smell, add some water to prevent burning. Then add the already-sliced mushrooms, cooked them for 2 mins. Pour in the tomato sauce and whipped cream and then stirring them properly. Before the tartar finished, seasoned with salt, paper and basil.

 

Make sure the potatoes are soft enough and then take out from the oven. Split the baked potatoes in half and scoop out some of the fluffy flesh with a spoon. Fill the tartar sauce inside the space and place cheese on top of the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and basil.
